Privacy policy

Effective date: May 8, 2026

Arena Custom Kicks ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information we collect

Order info: name, email, phone, shipping address, billing address, payment details (processed by Shopify Payments / Stripe — we don't store card numbers).
Design info: photos, sketches, and text you upload as part of a custom order.
Site activity: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time on site (via Shopify analytics, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel if installed).
Communications: emails, SMS messages, and form submissions you send us.

How we use it

To process and ship your order
To send order confirmations, mock approvals, shipping updates, and customer-service replies
To improve the site and our service
To run advertising on Google, Meta, and similar platforms (we may use anonymized site activity to retarget visitors)
To comply with tax and legal requirements

Who we share it with

Service providers: Shopify (storefront and payments), our shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx), email tools (e.g., Klaviyo or Shopify Email), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta).
Legal: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

Request a copy of your data
Request deletion of your data (subject to record-keeping laws)
Opt out of marketing emails (unsubscribe link in every email)
California residents: request "do not sell or share" — though we don't sell data, this opts you out of cross-context behavioral advertising

To exercise any of these, email hello@arenacustomkicks.com.
