By using Arena Custom Kicks's website or ordering from us, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Arena Custom Kicks is a US-based custom paint studio operated by [LEGAL_ENTITY — to be filled before launch], a [STATE] [LLC / corporation].

We are an independent customization service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nike, adidas, Puma, Under Armour, Jordan Brand, New Balance, Mizuno, the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, NCAA, or any other manufacturer or league. When we customize cleats, sneakers, or lifestyle kicks, we customize shoes that you supply or that we source on your behalf.

How orders work

You submit a design through our Design Your Own form.
Our artist sends a digital mock for your approval.
You approve the mock and pay through Shopify checkout.
You ship your kicks to us (we provide a prepaid label) or we source new kicks for you (we'll quote separately).
We hand-paint, photograph the finished pair, and ship to you.

Custom-made disclaimer

Every pair is hand-painted to order. Final results may vary slightly from the digital mock — this is the nature of handcraft. We aim for "matches the mock as a real human painted it." See the Refund Policy for what counts as a defect vs. natural variation.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of any photos, references, or text you upload.
By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use those materials to fulfill your order and (with your separate consent) display the finished work in our portfolio and on social media.
You confirm that any logos, trademarks, or copyrighted images you ask us to reproduce are either (a) your own original work, (b) used with the rights holder's permission, or (c) within fair-use bounds. You are responsible for any rights you don't have. We reserve the right to refuse any design that we believe infringes a third party's rights.

Prohibited content

We won't paint:

Trademarked manufacturer logos (Nike swoosh, adidas stripes, Jordan Jumpman, etc.) unless authorized
Pro and college team logos (NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, NCAA marks) unless authorized
Hate symbols, slurs, or harassing content
Sexually explicit imagery
Anything that infringes a third party's IP

If we cancel an order under this clause, we'll refund the service fee in full (we keep any kicks you sent until you arrange return shipping at your cost).

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of mock approval. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arena Custom Kicks's total liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE — to be filled], USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of [STATE].
